Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V, supporting a maximum input voltage of 3V. Integral nonlinearity is 2 LSB, with a full-scale error of 10 LSB. Serial SPI interface and 2µs settling time. Packaged in a 14-bit SOIC with tin-matte contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
