12-bit CMOS multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 4-bit bus interface. Features a differential output and a current output. Achieves 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and 4 LSB full-scale error. Operates with a 5V supply voltage, supporting a range of 4.75V to 5.25V. Designed for through-hole mounting in a DIP package with tin-lead contact plating. Suitable for applications requiring precise analog output conversion across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
