Offers 12-bit resolution with integral nonlinearity (INL) of 1LSB and full-scale error of 15LSB. Operates from a 5V to 15V supply voltage, with a typical operating voltage of 12V. Settling time is 2µs. Packaged in an 18-pin PDIP with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for through-hole mounting.
