This integrated circuit offers a 500 kS/s sampling rate with a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 46dB. It operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V and accepts a single-ended input up to 5V. The device boasts an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 0.5LSB and a full-scale error of 2LSB. Packaged in a 24-pin PDIP with tin, matte contact plating, it supports through-hole mounting and a parallel interface.
