
8-Bit CMOS Sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 5µs conversion time and 50 kS/s sampling rate. This unipolar ADC offers a single-ended input with 1 LSB full-scale error and 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity. Operating from a single 5V supply, it provides an 8-bit resolution and a 45dB signal-to-noise ratio. Packaged in a 20-pin PDIP with tin matte contact plating, it supports through-hole mounting and operates across a -55°C to 125°C temperature range.
