Achieves 91dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) with 1.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 0.5 LSB Differential Nonlinearity. Operates with a 1.2V maximum input voltage and utilizes an LVDS interface. Housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating, this single-channel ADC supports bipolar inputs and a supply voltage range of 2.37V to 5.25V.
