16-bit, 100 kSPS CMOS Successive Approximation Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring PulSAR® technology. Achieves 16-bit resolution with a sampling rate of 100 kSPS and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 90dB. Offers excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 3 LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -1 LSB, ensuring no missing codes. Operates with a supply voltage of 5V, accepting differential inputs between 2.3V and 2.7V. Interface is SPI, with TTL output, packaged in LQFP with tin-matte contact plating.
