18-bit differential analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring 1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and a 400 kSPS sampling rate. This PulSAR® ADC offers a 101.5dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and operates from a single 5V supply. The component is housed in a compact MSOP package with gold contact plating, supporting SPI interface communication. It functions across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a maximum power dissipation of 20mW.
