Features include 6 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL), 30 LSB Full Scale Error, and 92 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply and interfaces via SPI, Serial, or 3-wire protocols. Packaged in a gold-plated MSOP for surface mounting, this unipolar converter is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
