Operates from a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 5.25V, with a maximum power dissipation of 1mW. Interface is SPI, and the component is housed in a TSSOP package with tin, matte contact plating. Suitable for bipolar and unipolar applications, with an input voltage range of 1V to 3.5V.
