12-bit, 8-channel serial sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 200 kSPS sampling rate. Features 1LSB integral nonlinearity and differential nonlinearity, with a full-scale error of 4LSB. Operates from a single 3V to 5V supply, accepting input voltages from 1.2V to 5.5V. Supports SPI and 2-wire/3-wire serial interfaces. Packaged in a PDIP with Tin/Lead contact plating, suitable for through-hole mounting.
