14-bit sampling ADC with serial output, featuring a single-ended input and bipolar polarity. This CMOS integrated circuit operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V, consuming a nominal supply current of 6mA and a power dissipation of 95mW. It offers a sampling rate of 83 kS/s, an SNR of 80dB, and an integral nonlinearity of 1 LSB. The component is housed in a PDIP package with tin-matte contact plating, designed for through-hole mounting, and supports serial (2-wire, SPI) and parallel interfaces. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
