Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V, consuming a nominal 6mA current and dissipating 95mW. Supports SPI and parallel serial interfaces, with a full-scale error of 12 LSB and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1 LSB. Packaged in a SOIC surface-mount case with tin-matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C.
