14-bit CMOS sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with serial and parallel interface options. Features a single-ended input, bipolar polarity, and a dual 5V supply range (4.75V to 5.25V). Achieves 80dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and a sampling rate of 83 kS/s. Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 1.3 LSB with a full-scale error of 12 LSB. Housed in a CDIP package with tin/lead contact plating, suitable for through-hole mounting.
