Achieves 1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) with a full-scale error of 3 LSB. Operates from a 5V supply with a sampling rate of 117 kS/s and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 70dB. Interface is serial SPI, with TTL output, housed in an 8-pin package.
