
12-bit, single-supply analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 6 µs conversion time. This true bipolar input device offers a 1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL), with a full-scale error of 3 LSB. It operates from a single 5V supply, accepting single-ended inputs up to 2.625V. The ADC communicates via a 2-wire SPI serial interface and is housed in an 8-pin package. Operating temperature range spans from -55°C to 125°C.
