This serial interface ADC offers 1 LSB differential and integral nonlinearity, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 70 dB. Operating from a 5V supply, it accepts single-ended inputs up to 2.625V and provides TTL output. Encased in an 8-pin package, this RoHS compliant component operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
