Offers 1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL), with a full-scale error of 3 LSB. Operates from a 5V supply, consuming 25mW of power. Serial 2-wire SPI interface with TTL output. Packaged in an 8-pin R-type package with tin-matte contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
