This serial interface ADC offers 1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL), with a full-scale error of 3 LSB. Operating from a single 5V supply, it provides a 70dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a sampling rate of 117 kS/s. Encased in an 8-pin package with tin-matte plating, it supports a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
