
12-bit, single-ended analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 6 µs conversion time. This single-supply IC offers a true bipolar input range with a maximum input voltage of 2.625V. It boasts excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 0.5 LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 1 LSB. The device communicates via a 2-wire SPI serial interface and operates from a 5V supply. Encased in an 8-pin package with tin/lead contact plating, it supports a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
