14-bit, 200 kSPS serial Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a true bipolar input and single 5V supply operation. Achieves 78dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) with ±2 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and -1 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Offers a single-ended input with a maximum input voltage of 2.625V and operates over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Interface is SPI compatible, with TTL output, housed in an 8-pin package.
