
8-bit, 4-channel successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 1MS/s sampling rate and 49dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). This unipolar ADC offers a low Full Scale Error and Integral Nonlinearity of 0.2LSB, with a Differential Nonlinearity also at 0.2LSB. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply and communicates via SPI serial interface. Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP for surface mounting, it has a maximum power dissipation of 13.5mW and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
