Precision comparator IC featuring a 45ns response time and 50ns propagation delay. Operates with a 5V supply voltage, offering a 95dB common mode rejection ratio and 90dB power supply rejection ratio. BICMOS technology enables a 500µV hysteresis and 600µV input offset voltage. Housed in an N package with Tin/Lead contact plating, this single-channel component supports a dual supply range of 2.25V to 16.5V and a single supply range of 4.5V to 7V.
