Features bipolar/unipolar output, differential output, and a 1LSB integral nonlinearity. Operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply, with a maximum input voltage of 10V and minimum of -10V. Includes a 600ns settling time and a full-scale error of 4LSB. Packaged in an 18-lead DIP with tin-matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C.
