12-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a single channel and parallel interface. Features a 1.7 MS/s conversion rate, 600 ns settling time, and a full-scale error of 2 LSB. Integral nonlinearity is 0.5 LSB. Operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply, with a typical 5 V operating voltage. The device supports input voltages from -10 V to 10 V and outputs up to 20 V. Packaged in an 18-lead DIP with tin/lead contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C.
