Features a 1.7MS/s conversion rate, 600ns settling time, and 12-bit resolution. Achieves a full-scale error of 2LSB and integral nonlinearity of 0.5LSB. Housed in an 18-pin DIP package with tin, matte contact plating. Supports a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
