Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical operating voltage of 5V and a low supply current of 5µA. Offers a 600ns settling time and a full-scale error of 2LSB, with integral nonlinearity (INL) at 0.5LSB. Input is parallel, with an 8-bit byte interface supporting both parallel and serial communication. Packaged in a 18-pin DIP with through-hole termination.
