
Single-channel, ultralow distortion, ultralow noise operational amplifier featuring a 450MHz gain bandwidth product and 8MHz -3dB bandwidth. This bipolar technology amplifier offers exceptional performance with a 130dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio. Operating from dual supplies between 5V and 18V, it provides a 20V/µs slew rate and 50mA output current per channel. The component is housed in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm package with tin, lead contact plating and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
