16-bit, 1 MSPS PulSAR® Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a differential input type. Achieves 91dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 2.5 LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of -1 LSB. Operates with a sampling rate of 1 MS/s and interfaces via SPI. Housed in a MSOP/QFN package, this unipolar ADC offers a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C and consumes a maximum of 10mW.
