
12-bit, 4-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring an I²C compatible interface. This unipolar ADC offers a 1LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 0.9LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it achieves a 140kS/s sampling rate with a 71dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). Encased in a compact 3mm x 1.7mm x 1.3mm SOT-23-8 package, it supports single-ended inputs up to 5.5V.
