This single-channel amplifier offers a 305MHz gain bandwidth product, 150V/µs slew rate, and 23ns settling time. It operates with a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 12V, or a single supply from 4.5V to 24V, drawing 7.7mA quiescent current. With a low input voltage noise density of 2.1nV/√Hz and high CMRR of 98dB, it provides excellent signal integrity. Packaged in an 8-pin MSOP with tin matte plating, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
