Quad operational amplifier featuring a 160MHz -3dB bandwidth and 80MHz gain bandwidth product. This rail-to-rail amplifier offers a high slew rate of 190V/µs and 30mA output current per channel. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.5V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 3V to 12V, it provides 98dB voltage gain. With a 2µA input bias current and 13mV input offset voltage, it is supplied in a 2500-piece tape and reel package.
