Dual, high-performance voltage feedback operational amplifier featuring a 325 MHz -3dB bandwidth and 700 V/µs slew rate. This amplifier offers a 100 MHz gain bandwidth product and 300 MHz unity gain bandwidth product, with a 55 dB voltage gain. Designed for dual supply operation from 1.5V to 6V, or single supply from 3V to 12V, it draws 15mA operating supply current. Housed in an MSOP package with tin/lead contact plating, it operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
