
High-speed, single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 510MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 3GHz gain bandwidth product. This ultralow distortion amplifier offers 0.95nV/√Hz voltage noise and a 1350V/µs slew rate. Designed for dual supply operation from ±2.5V to ±6V, or single supply from 5V to 12V, it provides 105dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. The component is housed in an SOIC package, supplied on tape and reel, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
