Low distortion differential ADC driver featuring a 320MHz -3dB bandwidth and 320MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel interface IC offers a high slew rate of 1150V/µs and a 70dB common mode rejection ratio. Designed for surface mount applications, it operates with a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.4V and a maximum of 5.5V, or a single supply range of 2.7V to 11V. The component is housed in an MSOP package with tin, matte contact plating and is RoHS compliant.
