Operates from a 2.5V to 18V dual supply or 5V to 36V single supply, with a typical quiescent current of 900µA. Input bias current is 2pA, and input offset voltage is 1mV. Packaged in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm R case with tin/lead contact plating.
