Single-supply, rail-to-rail FET-input operational amplifier featuring a 1.9MHz gain bandwidth product and 3V/µs slew rate. Offers 120dB voltage gain, 80dB common mode rejection ratio, and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. With a low 2pA input bias current and 1mV input offset voltage, this amplifier operates from 2.5V to 18V dual supply or 5V to 36V single supply. Housed in an R package with tin, matte contact plating, it delivers 20mA output current per channel and consumes 900µA quiescent current.
