High voltage, bidirectional current shunt monitor IC featuring two amplifiers for single-channel resistive sensing. Achieves 0.7% accuracy with a 500kHz bandwidth and 450kHz gain bandwidth product. Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply with a typical 1.5mA quiescent current. Offers 100dB common mode rejection ratio and a 1mV input offset voltage. Packaged in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm SOIC surface-mount case.
