FET-input quad operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output and single-supply operation. Achieves a 2MHz gain bandwidth product with a 2MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 2V/µs slew rate. Offers 120dB voltage gain and 12mA output current per channel. Operates from a 3V to 30V supply range, with a 1.5V to 15V dual supply capability. Exhibits low input bias current of 4pA and 500µV input offset voltage. Packaged in a 750-piece tape and reel with tin/lead contact plating.
