
Special purpose amplifier featuring a 100 dB logarithmic conversion range (10 nA to 1 mA) with a 15 MHz bandwidth. This single-channel, single-amplifier IC offers a 35 MΩ input resistance and a 400 nA input bias current. Operating from a 1.5V to 6V dual supply or 3V to 12V single supply, it has a 5.4 mA operating supply current and a 15 V/µs slew rate. Packaged in an LFCSP EP for surface mounting, it operates from -40°C to 85°C.
