High-performance operational amplifier with a 400 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 400 V/µs slew rate. Features a low input offset voltage of 700 µV maximum and a high common-mode reject ratio of 115 dB nominal. This voltage-feedback amplifier operates from a supply voltage range of ±5V to ±18V, with a maximum supply current of 16 mA. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP, it is suitable for extended commercial temperature ranges from 0°C to 75°C.
