Low power, unity gain fully differential amplifier and ADC driver featuring a 5MHz -3dB bandwidth and 5MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a 10V/µs slew rate and 35mA output current per channel. Operating from a 1.5V to 9V dual supply or 3V to 18V single supply, it boasts a typical 300µA operating supply current. The device provides 80dB common mode rejection ratio and a 200µV input offset voltage. Designed for surface mounting in an LFCSP EP package, it operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
