High-speed, low-power monolithic operational amplifier featuring a voltage-feedback architecture. Offers a nominal unity gain bandwidth of 175 MHz and a nominal slew rate of 300 V/µs. Designed for commercial temperature grades, operating from 0°C to 70°C, with a supply voltage range of ±15V (nominal) to ±18V (limit). Provides a minimum voltage gain of 7000 and a nominal common-mode reject ratio of 105. Includes frequency compensation for closed-loop gains of 5 or greater.
