The AD8568ART-REEL is a dual CMOS operational amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 6MHz. It features an input bias current of 600nA and an input offset voltage of 10mV. The device is packaged in a SOT-23 surface mount package and is rated for operation over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. It can be supplied with a voltage as low as 4.5V and as high as 16V.
