Operating from a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V up to a maximum of 5V, it provides a 95dB CMRR and 94dB PSRR. The device is constructed with CMOS technology, housed in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm package, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
