Precision CMOS quad operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output and a 20MHz bandwidth. This general-purpose amplifier offers a 24MHz gain bandwidth product, 12V/µs slew rate, and 500ns settling time. With a low input bias current of 0.2pA and 60µV input offset voltage, it provides excellent precision. Operating from a 2.7V to 5V supply, it delivers 150mA output current per channel and boasts high CMRR (100dB) and PSRR (90dB). The component is housed in a 4mm x 8.75mm x 1.5mm package with matte tin contact plating.
