Supports dual supply operation from ±5V to ±13V, with a maximum supply voltage of ±27V. Achieves 95dB common mode rejection ratio and 110dB power supply rejection ratio. Housed in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm package with tin/lead contact plating.
