Single-supply, Rail-to-Rail Input/Output (RRIO) operational amplifier featuring a 2.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 2.5MHz -3dB bandwidth. Achieves a high 145dB voltage gain and 140dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR), with a low 5µV input offset voltage and 30pA input bias current. Operates from a minimum supply voltage of 1.35V dual or 2.7V single, up to 2.5V dual or 6V single, drawing 1.1mA quiescent current. Delivers 30mA output current per channel with a 1V/µs slew rate. Packaged in a 1000-piece tape and reel, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
