Single, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz gain bandwidth product and 3.5V/µs slew rate. This JFET-input amplifier offers rail-to-rail output, a 1.55mA quiescent current, and 140mA output current per channel. It operates from a 2.5V to 16V supply range with excellent 110dB CMRR and 115dB PSRR. Input bias current is a low 0.2pA, with an input offset voltage of 2.5mV. Housed in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm package with tin/matte contact plating.
