Dual operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output and a 4MHz bandwidth. This general-purpose JFET-input amplifier offers a low input bias current of 0.2pA and a low input offset voltage of 3µV. Operating from a 2.5V to 16V supply range, it provides a high common mode rejection ratio of 100dB and a power supply rejection ratio of 115dB. The device delivers a slew rate of 3.5V/µs and an output current of 140mA per channel, packaged in an MSOP.
